Alertsec Xpress is designed to offer hassle-free deployment, easy setup and simple administration for any size customer from 1 to 150,000 users (our largest single deployment).

The Coordinator
User deployment and management within a customer site is handled by a customer "Coordinator".
When you subscribe to Alertsec Xpress, a customer account is created on the Alertsec Xpress website through which the coordinator will deploy, authorise and manage his users and subscriptions.
The coordinator will also be able to uninstall the software on specific users, decommission and transfers licences through this account.
Default Security Policy
Alertsec Xpress is pre-configured with a "best practice" policy setting to offer a secure, yet user friendly, implementation. the default security policy is as follows;
- Password Length: 6 digits minimum.
- Password Content: Upper AND lower case AND number(s).
- Time before password expiration: 120 days.
- No. of log-on attempts: Five attempts before lock-out.
- Password history: Not to re-use any of the last 4 passwords used.
For best protection, there is no local administration available for the end-user and Alertsec Xpress is designed to support an enforced security implementation, i.e. the user will not be able to disable the security without proper authority.
